Trader Joe's App

★★★★★ Very happy you have an official app in the play store. I saw one here about two years ago, that was produced by an independent person. However, it wasn't very comprehensive, and I wasn't impressed with it at all. This is well done, glad to see the list of recalls, as well as store openings. Thanks for carrying kosher chicken in the Philadelphia store near me. I'm also pleased to see that you are committed making sure your suppliers engage in fair worker practices, as well as not charging for product placement. I was unaware of this practice until I read about recently in our local newspaper

★★☆☆☆ Very lame app. Thought it would give me a decent shopping list and a way to look up product, none of that. Trader Joe's is a favorite place to shop but this app falls way short of expectations. Walmart app could teach them a lot. I can look up prices, what row it's in based on the store that I shop at and even have the order waiting for me when I arrive at the store. That's called customer service. Won't stop me from shopping at Trader Joe's and loving their products but this was a real disappointment. Didn't have it installed for 5 minutes before I uninstalled it. Sorry but I think you can do better Trader Joe's.

★★☆☆☆ Error when launching this freshly installed app. Unable to use it. Something about a Seattlecloud account being suspended.

★★☆☆☆ Garbage. Won't even open, says its suspended. Had the app before and it didn't even have a product search or shopping list. Tried to download again to see if there was an updated version, but it just didn't open at all. Please update and fix the app. This app just seems like an afterthought and like the company was in a rush to just put an app in the playstore for there to be a presence. It would be great to see a shopping list, reccomendations based on previous purchases, and top sellers in different departments as well as product reviews and descriptions.
