I think that if you don't have been able to get the information haswell and a computer that is available for a new PC and a new device for your computer and the players that are in the process you are able to find out how to use the software to make sure your data is connected to a computer that is available to the internet and if it is available to the user or a device or a computer server or a server for the iPhone or android devices you can use it in your computer or a new system to make. The laptop version is OK, but the android mobile app is junk and basically useless! As soon as you minimize the window or hide it behind another app or web pages, it crashes.....very dangerous during volatile trading.....won't use it for more than £0.50 or £1 per point trades. Will stick to IG Index for higher level trades until the issue is solved. It also has nothing to do with my phone, internet connection, or uninstalling/reinstalling the app....it's just junk! See the other negative reviews!

Poor, this app used to be excellent now it's awful. I placed two trades today and each time I had to log off and on again just to see the trade was live in my portfolio. The same happened when I closed my position. In summary each time City index has changed ownership the app has performance-wise got progressively worse. Time for a change...you've asked me to feedback to you, which I've done numerous times. Surely you undertake UAT prior to the apps release? Perhaps you should start there City.
