★★★★★ Had issues for a wk. or so not having access to profile, it would send me straight to call cust. Service- I believe a transfer of phones may have caused this, finally after 7 attempts got app back on track except for my unlimited talk & text in letters (UNLIMITED) does not show on bal. Screen, but I know my Lifeline benefits plan has been added through Safe link provider, I can always confirm by checking Safe link account if need be, everything has been smooth sailing for now !! Thank You Tracfone !!

★★☆☆☆ My service is still Not working I've connected to c. s. Messaging several times I try to stay connected it flips me off. I have tried several times to make calls & texts it's not letting me do either, I can't even call TracFone customer service to report my issues it's very annoying!

★★☆☆☆ I recently had to get TracFone service. I have had to call 5 times in the last 24 hours because every time my phone connects to Wi-Fi and then disconnects the data has disappeared from my phone. This is very frustrating, as there is no 24 hr support to call. Also, the text support tells you to go to a link online to fix it. Which is impossible if you have no data!! After I use the plan I have I will not be using TracFone again. They offer no compensation, and talk to me as if I'm a child.
