Redeeming other rewards like e-vouchers is no problem at all but redeeming for PayPal is a headache... one has to wait for ages to get his/her redemption... it's been three weeks now, and I still haven't received my rewards. Contacted the Support team, with no luck. Very disappointing!!.

App always crashes WASTE OF TIME!! Downloaded Toluca hoping to earn some rewards, but it has been nothing but frustration. Almost every survey I try to take is either already "filled up" or suddenly stops working due to some "technical issue." It's a complete waste of time! You spend several minutes answering qualifying questions, only to be kicked out with nothing to show for it. If you're looking for a reliable survey app, this isn’t it. Don’t bother!

Worst I have seen in my life I have completed 15 - 20 surveys yesterday But when I opened today my account is automatically logged out and I tried to log in with all correct credentials, but app does not allow me to login and saying credentials are incorrect and I tried even "forgotten password" then the app does not send any even after two hours mail at all. FULL TIME AND ENERGY WASTE. WORST HAVE I HAVE SEEN MY ENTIRE LIFE thank you

Waste of time spent 20 minutes doing a survey only to be told at the end that I don't qualify. Don't waste your time, it takes ages to get to even a £5 voucher. Unless you're unemployed staying back at work an extra will get you more.
