I could not buy tickets via e-wallet. It didn't sync, it didn't see my old purchases and didn't keep my saved lines and places. It seems that you can resolve the issue to log out and then log in back after each update. Also, you need to have T-mobilitat (the app with the green logo) installed as well, and logged in with the same document and email.

Great app but could refine simple user experience like not having to tap the search bar twice when wanting to search for a line as with 1 tap it should automatically bring up the keyboard, which is not the case currently under Lines > Search > Search again > only then doea the keyboars pop up.

The bus and metro services are atrocious. Highly recommended to use alternative methods to get around

Terrible application, the whole idea of this app is wrong not user-friendly and unfit for purpose of making the navigation in Barcelona easier: main page map fixed on location (why?), unable to buy ticket without registered T-mobilitat (why?). Validation of T-mobilitat takes days?! Even the vending machines are antique, slow, no contactless, mostly non-functional.

It's TOO COMPLICATED!!!! IThey should make a digital ticket that you can buy (AND USE) straight from this app. The use of shared bicycles should be included.
