★★★★★ Good App that for watch lovers. It offers watch inspection before purchase and buyers protection. Overall it's a good experience to buy, but the process of inspection is underwhelming as there is no report or anything about the inspection, and it adds lead time before the delivery, as the watch needs to be sent to time peaks first before it is sent to you.

★★★★★ The app is a great platform for buying used luxury watches from Japan. I already bought 2 watches, and probably buy more. The company seems trustworthy

★★☆☆☆ While time peaks watches seem genuine, the information provided about the watches is very limited, and in poor English, and the pictures are often blurry or insufficient. Also, customer service is not very helpful. When you bid on a watch you are not informed if the bidding has gone above the reserve, so you don't even know if the watch is actually going to be sold to the highest bidder. I have been the highest bidder twice only to be informed a few days after the auction finished that the seller decided not to sell. Very annoying and a waste of time. It's not how you want to be treated when you are prepared to spend thousands on a very expensive item.

★★☆☆☆ Used and new? I haven't seen any new watch. Should be there a filter which makes search easier.
