Been with them for years All of a sudden this week received a letter saying that they are closing my account I have never been overdrawn or had any problems Rang them, and they wouldn't even give me an explanation Just been diagnosed with esophageal cancer, so this is stress I don't need A message to think money... I have never had so many problems with think money like I am having now. I've been with TM for maybe 20 years. Well my budgeting doesn't appear to be working at all really. I've been getting messages for 3 months now to put money into my account as there will be a shortfall, money has been taken off my card and put god knows whereas nothing is on the app or message Yesterday I had money put onto my card, this money went to go shopping and the money went back in A account. This is no help to me

Although the new app has improved over time recently, the constant need to verify almost every online transaction is infuriating. Also, having to enter my passcode multiple times for a single task is incredibly annoying. Edit following response: Security is appreciated. However, it is totally unnecessary to have to verify so many online transactions. A one-time passcode is also no longer a one-time passcode when you have to enter it 3 times to complete 1 task!!!
