It's a great app. I never have to worry about having enough change or whether the change machines at the laundromat are working. The only improvement I'd recommend is that the app lets you know when your load is nearly finished.

The Laundry BOSS app absolutely works. It works as intended and does its job exceptionally well. (Use your cellphone to scan the QR code located on your chosen warsher and/or dryer located in your favorite TLB app enabled washing facility) I don't have to worry about going out of my way to get cash for quarters, or having to worry about losing my reloadable laundry card issued by my overpriced apartment complex! I actually loved the app up until today. I went in with only a little money until payday to wash my work clothes. I paid the $6.75 and the machine did not work. I have no way to contact anyone. So I guess I'm just out of my money. No one ever works at this laundromat either. I'm beyond frustrated. Now I have no way to wash all of my clothes.

It won't allow me to add a credit card without inputting the expiration date, but there's no field to enter that. App says that you earn points with every purchase, but I've been using this for months and still see 0 points. Most recently I got overcharged $6.75 for purchasing dryer time that should have only been $1.50 and there's no way to get a refund on that. This is a terrible app and may be enough to make me change my laundromat of choice. The only reason I go to O-Town is to pay by card.

There is no help option on the app for refunds. I scan the washers, and they don't start I have to re pay. It doesn't charge for the hot water(.25) and wash (2.00) all together you have re scan and repay for the .25 hot water, but it charges the whole 2.00 again. What could have cost 6.75 dollars costed me 12 and there nowhere in the app to seek a refund. This supposed to be easier I'll stick with quarters.
