If you place an order and forget to scan your app before your card goes through, forget about your points. They'll tell you to go to the website to request points, but the next button doesn't let you get past the fill-in form. They have a contact us form, but you can't get past the fill-in form there either. Since they don't have a phone number or even an email for customer care, it reflects how bad their management is doing. This is coming from someone who watched their Undercover Boss episode.
