This app has been a lifesaver for me more than once. It's also a Cash saver.

Full disclosure, I am a TGH employee in the IT department. This being stated, this is an awesome and quick way to visit a physician. I had a skin condition and just needed some medicated shampoo. The PA was extremely thorough in regards to the picture that I submitted and my prior and current health status. The whole visit took approximately 5 minutes and I was on my way to the pharmacy a short while later. When my children were younger I used this app with great satisfaction as well.

Awful service. The first time we called, we waited 4 hours and learned the appointment had been cancelled almost immediately even though the app said it was connecting. The second time they said they'd write a prescription that they never did. I would recommend this service to no one.

I've attempted on both my phone and tablet to login using my My Chart account and both times the app fails to launch a 3rd party system. I can't use the website either while mobile, as that is simply non-responsive when I tell it to use my alternate credentials. Does nothing whatsoever. So two devices being unable to login at all gives me no chance at judging the rest of the service. I'm very disappointed.
