Update: Finally all the problems are resolved. Sharing the solution here for everyone's benefit. School scrapped this pathetic non-functional software and adopted a new software. 6-Feb-2020: 1. Downloaded attachment name gets changed to some garbage name. 2. Cannot share multiple messages. 3. Cannot take backup of messages. 4. Cannot delete Teno Tips messages which occupy expensive storage space. 5. No dark mode due to which battery drain faster. 6. No response and action by Teno team

It is the worst app u wud ever come across ...it's mandatory for hiranandani foundation school...don't understand why they have tied up with such a pathetic partner...unable to login as OTP is never received.... tried multiple times for last appx 10 days....
