Old app worked "great", like 5* great, it crashes every other time I used it. New one doesn't crash, bravo developers. BUT the user interface is not so simple SUBMIT needs to appear the instant the minimum requirements to create a work order are met not seemingly randomly. I have to go in and out of each field until SUBMIT appears. Also, sometimes the drop-down menus will drop below my virtual keypad and won't scroll, so I have to manually type in my selection instead of the quick drop down.

This app works most of the time. I've noticed that once a week a random work order will not leave the home page even if it was completed an hour ago or 3 days ago... I have to log out and then login for it to clear itself.

Our company uses it, and it's great for the most part. Super easy to make work orders. Some things could be added especially sorting display options. Sorting by date would be phenomenal. Also, when backing out of a work order it just scrolls right to the top of the list, very annoying.

There was a recent update, and now there are no longer the check marks showing where you completed a subset of tasks, and if a task won't complete, you are forced to go back through every level of every step to try to see what you missed. The new layout is difficult to navigate and links are not always highlighted, so if you select a task wrong, too high in the box for instance it may take you to the data on the piece of equipment rather than the in my case, inspection task for said equipment.

Can't complete work orders and can't see all the work orders it's totally useless now since they updated the website

Really please bring back the classic tels. Everything just gets clumped in together. The classic tels was very organized. This one is not. Sometimes completed work orders don't clear off.
