★★☆☆☆ I have been putting off getting an appointment for way too long. I finally scheduled an appointment for today, only to find that I can't get into the website or the app on my phone for my first-time visit with a therapist (and, I confirmed I can get into other sites just fine). Super stressful to not be able to do anything and to worry that they will think I'm blowing off the appointment, not to mention that I now have to wait to get a new appointment scheduled. Terrible experience!!!!

★★☆☆☆ This is nothing but a horrible money grab by greedy insurance companies. It is stupid and ridiculous that I already have a primary care physician that prescribe a medication to me and now my all-knowing insurance company k ows more than my own doctor. Thus causing me to pay twice for the same thing. What a crock this is!!
