4 months ago Great service ... We were picked up from the airport on time, the driver was holding a sign which our names clearly written, the vehicle was clean and close to the exit from the terminal. The driver offered us water to drink on our way, and we arrived quickly to our apartment in Barcelona. The pickup for the ride back to the airport was also very nice. We were four passengers with four suitcases and there was no problem of room for all of us.

Ordered taxi 40 minutes in advance and got a driver assigned. 2 minutes before the confirmed pickup time the trip was canceled. Do not use this app service

Two terrible experiences... booked a cab, and it never showed up. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and had to walk. Worse, on another day, I took a Yellow Taxi with a friend. As I was getting out, my friend paid half, but the driver knew I didn't see that. When I gave him €50, he gave me change as if I paid for the whole thing. He quickly drove off before I could speak to my friend. We instantly realized the Yellow Taxi driver robbed us.

Ordered a taxi the day before for a 5.45 am drive to the airport. Driver was confirmed but by morning cancelled. Had more luck going out in the street and caught a cab. Unreliable service for ordering ahead.
