★★☆☆☆ Patients requesting appointment deposits the fee through app.Thereafter I get no information of inquiry for allotment of slot, finalizing time of appointment. Also, not any information is provided to the patient on further progress. Finally, I get to know from the patient that after having paid the amt they got ni further updates whatsoever. So I call up the call center and inform them, yet it's unaddressed. This is not anticipated, and it brings in a factor of distrust.

★★☆☆☆ I am a dermatologist, yet I am bombarded with notification about podcast or any updates about field other than dermatology, which I am not interested. Why? Many a time it takes a lot of time to load the content.
