Stopped making and receiving calls during free trial. I tested it the first day I got it and now the day before putting the number on the public record for people to call it no longer works. I'm four days into the trial.

Not being able to see when text messages are sent/received. Is completely ridiculous. What kind of smooth brain in the R&D Department thought that was a good idea. "Yeah, I'll be there in an hour." Who knows when that message was sent, though. Tech support is next to worthless. Always promised a follow-up on my tickets. Never happens

I'm not satisfied at all with their Customer Service! My last issue with them was resolved after 1 month! They would not even update us. I would have to call them multiple times for a simple issue!
