It's a smooth app, no crashes, uplinks great to Garmin Connect, and Strata, the workouts are good! I was a Swift user for many years, and have had my TacX S for over a year now. Last year I used it with Swift; no issues. Since giving up Swift and using the TacX App, I don't see a huge benefit to having Swift.

Very mediocre integration with to connect app (also from Garmin). Segments of my workout are not converted to laps, making it hard to see how you did on a particular segment. Also, the Tacx Neo buttons to increase or decrease resistance do not work when doing a workout on the app. Resistance set on the workout in watts are not consistent. When I target a wattage for a segment I always end up lower than what I set.

Started a challenge ride and did a 30 min spin. The app never recorded the activity, did not push it to my Garmin Connect app, and did not push anything to Strata. Only done a few rides so far, not a good showing. If it happens again I'll be cancelling.

Make riding your own GPS tracks free. A $2k trainer and you'll nicker and dime me to ride my own GPX files? When I bought my trainer, it was free to ride my own GPS tracks. Then you guys put it behind a paywall. That's an awful way to do business! I hope there's a class action suit for the bait-and-switch. I'm sure many more are angry about it. Frankly, I think the developer's response is BS. Put your money where your mouth is, make it free again. Tell me you're working on it!
