After XFINITY messed up my ACP credits on my home internet service & stuck me with wrongful charges, a high bill and cut off my internet, I decided to make a switch to Mobile and I wish I had done it sooner! Though the price isn't the $10 monthly plan I would be paying for XFINITY, the $50 price is worth it! I'm actually getting 5G speeds, the entire process from ordering, shipping and set up was amazingly seamless and easy. Everything has been flawless!! Thank You, T-Mobile, you guys rock 🤘

26Jul24 this App and customer service deserve ZERO STARS! I'm leaving Mobile because of this alone! Update 19Feb24 Ever going to make this effing app work?!?! Haven't been able to connect for weeks. Update 18Jan24: Still cr@p!! App constantly fails to connect or keeps disconnecting from the router. Other than the app home screen, accessing anything else, I.e. device list causes it to constantly crash. No ability to name connected devices for easy identification. There are ZERO useful options.
