★★★★★ We had to leave tmoblie one time over the years due to bad reception (not their fault) after relocating to the Cushing area where we reside in a deep valley. We're thankfully back with them now ever since their service has drastically improved in both phone and internet service. And the Life app I believe will be the same way. We especially love their senior plans that have offered us many perks with lots of good product(s), and their Mobile Tuesdays are pretty cool too...

★★★★★ I give T-Mobile #1 I had Verizon for over 30 years. When we moved to Mississippi, we could barely get a signal at home. When out, our signal would be all over the place. When we switched to T-Mobile. WOW, full signal even at our home. Wouldn't ever go back, my opinion of T-Mobile is awesome.

★★☆☆☆ This app is held together by scotch tape and chewed gum. Multiple payment arrangements failed to go through, despite sending me confirmation messages. The chat feature kicks me out every time a rep sends me a message. Probably leaving the network soon.

★★☆☆☆ I just downloaded this app was forced to. I can not get on it will not open. I had to pay my bill and couldn't. I uninstalled and re-installed not working. Please fix it. Not what expected of this new app., from t mobile

★★☆☆☆ It's an all-in-one app, and since scam shield won't block scam calls, even when I report the numbers via app, not worth it for me. The response from Customer Service: scam shield is not perfect.
