DIABETICS fix for connectivity: Couldn't mobile bolus, so they had me turn on "developer mode" on Android and do nothing further. It fixed mine. I have no problems with it now!!! It has a bug. AGAIN. This is old. I'm done with it, when my times up it will be something different.

LOVE this app! So many benefits! Daughter diagnosed @2, got pump @5, now 8y.o. & having the pump w/ app has been a huge game changer for her/us. No wondering what her BG is ever, no pokes over & over all day, no midnight pokes-disrupting sleep. Bolus from phone option is VERY convienent, especially at night - no sleep disruption! We've never had a problem w/app, not once. Works how it should ALWAYS! Really, can't say enough good about it! Nothing bad at all.not one thing I can think of.

Terrible connection ... When you walk away from app and return, it won't read the pump unless we restart the phone.

Jan 2025: No updates and still constantly disconnecting. At least once a day but many days twice a day. Keep your phone next to the pump, or it will lose connection. 0/10 April 2024: App lacks features and constantly losing connection to the pump again. Pump battery is running out in two days instead of a week now. Can't extend bolus, can't update or create profiles, can't turn off all the damn alarms.

This continues to lose connectivity and I have to force stop and hopefully it will restart. At this point I only use it for a bolus from my phone when it works. I have to use my Dexcom app to get a BG from my Dexcom G7. And no I am not going to contact Tandem as you have enough reviews to know there is a severe problem with this app. Type 1 diabetes is a disease with no cure if not treated continuously and with accuracy it can be deadly. Fix it now like your life depends on it.
