App is good, But please, for 5 stars, the blinds motor calibration SHOULD be implementer in the APP itself! If I have my blinds very high upp it is very big adventure to reach the rod to rotate it as app wants it! It is just no ANY sense why app does not have just 2 BUTTONS: ROTATE LEFT and RIGHT during calibration! And no need to be circus actobate to perform calibration!!! Calibration is required periodically, so it is not just one time adventure!!!

So far so good, had it for about 2 months maybe, and impressed by how it handles my heavy curtain and uneven track line! Was a bit worried bec the track line is 3 pieces put together but the Switch bot can glide along the cracks just fine. Connection is good and consistent so far between my phone and the Switch bot.

Can only set rooms when adding device. The devices I've added before creating the rooms can be set to a room but minutes later they revert to not in a room. New devices that are assigned to a room when installed, stay in their room designation. The help in the app shows a completely different user interface and steps you through selections that simply do not exist to "move" the device to a room.

It gets worse and worse with every update. How did you manage a perfectly ok app to terribly slow app? It took average 26 minutes to load 6 days data. I will also update my comment in the shopping website.

Worked fine until yesterday with a new update, reading data via Bluetooth (while 0.5 meter from the device) takes about 5x longer now. We have 3 temperature sensors, this takes ages now just to read data for a day or two.

Loading slow, unable to find the device, unable to update firmware due to Bluetooth out of range and im just right in front of the device. Door lock, switch bot hub, switch bot bot. Planning to SWITCH all of it. Cause end up you still need to do it manually.
