★★★★★ No matter where I am, I can access the security cameras on my mobile. I love it

★★★★★ This is a great app all the bad reviews are from earlier versions. I never have a problem with it, having said that. I would give it five stars if it would allow turning on the horn or even the blue/red lights on the camera from the app. You can turn on the white light. Would be nice if at least one could turn on the red/blue flashing light. Update: 11 months later and still no update in the app to turn blue and red lights in app. One can turn them on side the DVR but not that app.

★★★★★ Swann remote tech recalibrate my NVR. Major fire burnt my house down 2022. Severe water heat all elements fried my system. My ptz camera alarm went off. Woke me up, grabbed my cat, ran through wall of fire. Divine intervention saved my life. My nvr was heavily affected. I lost everything. Valuables. Swann saved our lives. Ptz camera melted. In time, relocated was ready to contact Swann when I noticed they already were repairing the system. I never needed to mail back the NVR. PTZ voided. TY

★★☆☆☆ I will never buy Swann security cameras again Had all the features I wanted to be seemed like an amazing setup, but it's absolutely useless, cannot load live view when not home when trying to load videos to watch the footage is glitchy and freezes IF IT LOADS doesn't play smoothly whenever I need to check something when someone is on my property and I want to talk to them through the speakers on the camera by the time it works if it does the person has gone and left. RUBBISH SYSTEM STAY AWAY!

★★☆☆☆ Quite possibly one of the worst app I've ever used. Loading live view or playback takes forever and often doesn't happen at all. Cameras also often show offline.
