★★☆☆☆ The main function of the app is to prevent a patient from being able to communicate directly with their physician. It does that extremely well.

★★☆☆☆ 10-2024 Do not like to leave negative reviews. But, recently after scheduling a test I drove 1 hour in traffic only to be told I had canceled the appointment through the app approx 1.5 hours earlier that morning. I did no such thing. Why would I cancel, give the reason, "weather," and then show up? It was a fine day. The dept supervisor said he would look into it and contact me. I never herd back. Ever since PAMF associated with Sutter, the admin service is HORRIBLE.

★★☆☆☆ I'm not able to get into app any longer! So I can't do doctor video visits! Please fix!!
