You can just message them, but u will never get a proper resolution of your problem. The biggest problem is you can't even switch to other provider as this is not a regular number, then you are just stuck like me, as this number with all my patients, I can't even change it. I purchased telephone/ ivr plan around a year ago ... Still don't feel confident using it. Sound quality is very poor... I usually have to call back customers from mobile number. I purchased WhatsApp API but still not able to use thanks to their super pathetic support team & I can't even port the number. Vcare
