Doesn't allow me to log in. I can log in fine using a browser (same account) but not from the app. Edit: After a few hours, it finally let me log in with my account. So far seems to be providing better information that the Tesla app. Will see after more testing.

First month down. I wish the Solar sales people would be up front about what you're paying for. The PPE contract is a variable billing contract, not a specific amount like the salesperson tells you. But if you look at the credit you get from ENERGY, it's not so bad. But definitely annoying.

Why can't I view my panels to make sure I'm getting the production, I am supposed to? And please don't say contact customer service. I shouldn't have to wait for permission to have full access to an ap, especially when I am paying for the service.

Since mid-December, I have been unable to see any data in the app. My electric bill since has been very high. I am concerned the system is not working. Someone has been out two times and I still don't have any data.

Sun nova is a fraud company. The solar panels they installed are not working. They don't have technicians available to fix panels from 2 months. Please see online reviews and research before you fall in their trap.
