★★★★★ No issues connecting to it even from abroad. Never had an issue transacting or managing my policies from the app. I just wish they would replace the sms otp with device biometrics so I can cancel my PH phone plan, or at least offer different/more convenient authentication options.

★★★★★ Happy with the recent update. It makes the app almost perfect. policyholders like me are now empowered to submit requests via the app.

★★☆☆☆ After my phone gets a regular update, it always routes to log in via email instead of pin making the pin useless. Now, I get the "Oops. Something went wrong" error. I can't use the app to pay my premium.

★★☆☆☆ It's so hard to update my password. It keeps getting an error to "Try again later, or I have to contact their csc" even I already entered the given OTP.

★★☆☆☆ Super slow loading. I cannot log in my account every time I try! Upgrade your network connection so you can serve your customers much better! Napakalaki ng company nyo di kayo makapagbayad ng maayos sa app developer nyo!
