Good service but I encountered an issue ordering phone and Internet time through the app. As I tried to order it kept telling me can't process at this time. So later I'd try again. Done this 3 times with continued result, so I stopped trying. Next day I saw where I now had 2 phone plans in reserve and one internet plan in reserve. This had not been my intention because I spent wAy too much for my budget. Nevertheless, it is in reserve.

UPDATE! I don't know what you did but last 2 times, I've had to call customer service, it was great. The phones are great and work great. Customer service was a breeze. ******** Not even a problem with the app. My problem is customer service. I now just assume what they tell me is mostly wrong. I don't like to call about a problem because by the time the call is done, the problem is worse. If I could do everything online and never talk to customer service, that would be fantastic.

I used to like it no problems but ever since we put both phones on one account I can't do anything with my app it's useless to me, I've called, reset phone, and the app and customer service is useless no one can seem to help fix the problem 😒 I just don't understand why straight talk can't fix the problem their customer service people are the ones that messed it up you would think they would fix the problem! I was just wondering if straight talk app was fixed, I see it's not it's useless to me

Updated to latest update/version. Now I can't log onto my account. Asks for info to verify but will not send a code to my email, so I can't log in. If I go to website and log in it works. Way to go straight talk! New update makes the app useless! Probably a good idea to fix it? You think!
