This app is very helpful for me. From past one week I am stuck in the loop of scrolling but after using this app I strictly break my loop. So, my suggestion that you use this app when you are stuck in loop or when your exam, deadline, and many productive works. I suggest you that don't block all only fix the time to scroll. After 5 days reduce the time and make it continuously. So, you are not frustrated and don't delet the app. And by following this you can complete your challenge.

Works for a day and then stops. Tried the apps' suggestion like as well as restarting my phone (which made it work for another day) but like so many others it doesn't work for me. Stay strong and resist brain rot.

It helped me so much ... I stopped scrolling in Instagram and YouTube for some time... But suddenly it stopped working, and I tried to fix it, and it didn't work at all ... I thought that I didn't pass the limited time in reels but in reality I already passed it and I scrolled 4h on Instagram and the app always shows zero hours scrolling... I hope it works again.
