Overall app experience is ok, but delivery service is pathetic ... Orders are received at least 1 hour after confirmation of order and most of the time food is cold and dry, chicken pieces aren't cooked well, feels like pizza is not even freshly prepared ... Physically I have eaten stone ove pizza many times and every time my experience was upto mark but have faced Worst experience of stone ove online delivery service ... Need much improvement.
