It used to work very well before, and I'd get a quick response for the stock credit. I never connected by brokerage acct but simply uploaded a photo of the brokerage statement with my account number blacked out. Now that I've updated the app today the companies, eligible, redeemed, perks, acct would not load. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall and login for it to work. I'm glad I know how to troubleshoot issues as those new to the smartphone might have more problems.

Worked for P&O Cruise Credit (UK). This is the new process for Carnival shareholders requesting cruise credit on P&O and other Carnival owned cruise lines. It's a bit fiddly, but not much worse than the previous method. I printed out my most recent ISA statement showing 100 Carnival shares. I redacted everything not relevant. Uploaded a photo to the app. Waited a week for a confirmation email. Went back in the app and redeemed the perk. Got an email 24 hours later confirming my cruise credit.

ZERO STARS... This app wants my brokerage info, NO WAY, so upload a document, well that is OK, except it won't load, tried over and over again. The app also cuts off the photo, so have to back off a lot, where it's barely readable that works, but it will not upload. REINSTALL redo that app, and finally after 20+ attempts it took my. Upload. Now let's see if I ever get my Carnival Stock Option credit. Calling Corporate Carnival about this is useless. $100 credit is not worth the time I wasted!!!

UPDATE... It is August 2024 and this app is still terrible. It just doesn't do anything. I can't even send a contact us message. No one at this company cares as they know you HAVE to use this app to get your stock perks!TERRIBLE. THE WORST. DOESN'T WORK AND Can't GET MY CRUISE PERKS!!
