It's not a good company. Typical scam company that refuses to pay claims when something happens that very much falls under claims. The app itself is pretty not user-friendly, and you have to contact your agent to turn auto-pay off? Very silly, especially when your local agent is like rolling dice. I don't recommend using State Farm when better alternatives exist.

Horrible. Time-consuming. Spent hors trting ti figure out & without state farm app & drive safe app! I am back to where I started from. Trying to get into drive and safe is impossible with all the confusing instructions. I'm 76 years old. This online stuff is infuriating.

They do not want to serve their customers they want you to respond to computers no personal service and pages of information they expect you to read and still no personal service State farm that's not care about their customers only their money

State Farm is bad to repair stuff on your house. I had many people come out and tell me my roof need to be fixed from hail damage they said they found very few hail damages. Then they told me that my window had a hole in it from Hail damage and told me they don't repair windows. I don't know if it's a person that takes the pictures that comes out just doesn't want to work for the people or what the problem is. I might have to call corp. this is it not right.
