★★☆☆☆ Dear Starbucks. Your policy about not giving drive through customers an insulated grip or a stopper is not well-thought-out. Save the environment by making those items in-house optional. However, for drive through customers, might I suggest you consider Lie beck v. McDonald's as I recently spilled hot coffee all over my hand at one of your drive through windows.

★★☆☆☆ The app works fine. There is no option to tip other than .50, 1.00. For instance, if I want to use the rest of my gift card towards a tip, I can't unless it's exactly. 50. Annoying. Unfortunate for employees. Your rewards are inferior compared to caribou. In fact, they are pathetic. Offering free drink to new customers. I get it. What about loyal customers? The Maple Grove location (wedgewood) has friendly, kind staff. The place is filthy, though. I've seen ants more often than not.

★★☆☆☆ Automatically tries to make you reload $25 to your "Starbucks balance" so you have to carefully watch your order to make sure you're not going to be charged over 5x what your order actually costs. Disgusting predatory app design, will never be going to Starbucks again.
