If you ever use the app and put something in your cart, you will get push notifications that items in your cart are expiring. This applies even if you delete the items or mark them as purchased. So that's fun

Once again, Staples gets it totally wrong. As if their old Rewards program wasn't impossible to use, this one stinks even more. Impossible to get rewards in-store (can never get the QR code to scan and store staff are totally uninformed and provide misinformation.) And, Rewards somehow come weeks later via email, which you somehow have to load onto the app rather that automaticly. And, the store person said that Staples Connect is different that the Staples app I downloaded. Huh? Useless
