Someone is needs to contact me today with a resolution. Ten business days have come and gone well over a week ago and nothing've called and called and called to no avail. You all don't care about your customers or their money! I'll make complaints with FINRA, CFPB, FDIC, AND BBB today. You have my number and my email to contact me. Why call your customer service when they have no idea you're telling me to call?! This is UNACCEPTABLE. I am filing complaints as well as reviewing anywhere possible.

Spruce seems like a great banking app with a lot of accessible features. Until you have a problem and need to contact customer support. Do not use Spruce. Please pick a bank that can assist you properly. I made a purchase. Spruce said it was fraudulent. I told customer support, no that is me. I made that purchase. Spruce locked my account and my card. I have spoken to support numerous of times. I cannot do anything with my card or bank for months.
