★★★★★
I really like this app. I have ME/CFs, POTS and it is so hard to figure out how to pace your day. I know the original spoon theory assigns 12 spoons per day. That is a very low level of functioning as it equates to one activity every hour or less assuming a 12-hour day. It would be great to be able to customize the # of spoons that one can use per day. It would also be great to create a customizable daily routine of activities that could be checked off.
★★☆☆☆
Yes, some people may start with the same amount of spoons every day. I am not one of those people. It would've been nice to be able to customize how many spoons I'm starting the day with. The spoon theory is actually quite limiting to me, as well. What if a task takes only half a spoon to me? I feel like if we did it on, say, a battery percentage, it would be a lot easier for those of us who feel like just 12 spoons is limiting. And adding custom tasks would also make things easier. 2/5 stars :(
★★☆☆☆
I love the concept, but without recurring tasks/activities, it's just too much work. I don't have the time or energy to plan my spoons every single day. That alone is a waste of spoons. I would gladly give these 5 stars if I could save tasks and add them to my calendar daily (things like wake up, shower, take kids to school, etc.) instead of starting every day blank.
