My child loves splash learn math & reading.

My daughter school uses this app. She been using it for over a year. Just recently there been issues that either the math area or language arts area doesn't show up. Today my daughter the math didn't show up at all there are usually 3 buttons on top and only 2 popped up. Some of my daughter's classmates are having trouble accessing stuff that the teacher gives to them. I have the paid version.

The company began charging me for an extra subscription after I calles about technical difficulties using the app on a mobile device. They assured me that now that I had a new account it would work smoothly. It doesnot and keeps prompting my child to upgrade their subscription despite already paying $100/year for something that does not work. Very disappointed parent

I wish I would've read the reviews prior to me downloading. The app worked fine in the trial period, but once my yearly subscription posted it doesn't work anymore. I believe it's a scam site and I will be going about getting a refund. 0 stars

I signed up for the free trial. The app never worked and stayed in a loading status. I'm having a hard time trying to cancel and was notified by my bank that Splash learn tried to process an $89.99 payment... I still have not been able to cancel 😒
