Respose to developer This is not one booking to specify. It's been months that assigning driver is taking a lot of time and worse it shows 26 mins for driver to pick up when the car is just adjacent. Again Not a specific booking

Having massive issues with this app after using skyline for years. Whatever the new security thing is for paying by card doesn't work properly and constantly causes the app to crash after completing the security check, meaning you cannot book a taxi to pay via card. This has happened to me multiple times over the past few weeks, having never had an issue before. Going to have to stop using the app because it's so bloody useless.

So Ive been using skyline/speed line for years with minimal issue, and tonight I booked a taxi. Waited outside at said location from the second I got booking confirmation. Taxi didn't show up, didn't even get and tracking information. Phoned to complain and the gentlemen on the phone who was very patient by the way put me through to another department where the woman on the phone was extremely rude and non-concerned by the complaint. With skyline Charging for a no show when they didn't show up.
