Rubbish app. 1) the prices are much higher than other platform 2) app says 0 deposit, but agent ask for deposit 3) app says direct owner but I deal with agent. 4) rude customer service from speed home. 5) no respond from the owner to lock appointment. 6) spam WhatsApp by speed home forcing u to give answer immediately after u see the house. 7) PR with the agent is so out of the question. My experience with this app is so disappointing.

I am a landlord. Previously Alicia would not appear in the Speed home chat groups until I request (such as when a new tenant is ready to rent the room from me). But in the last few months, I see that Alicia is already in a chat group whenever someone new inquires about a room from me. Alicia would make various comments & ask questions that are totally unhelpful and unnecessary. I'm unable to request Speed home to turn off Alicia in the chat groups. Also, can't specify minimum 1 year rental perod.

Totally I Had a bad experience with speed home. Such as scam they are. Doesn't want to refund once bank in already.
