This is a free app for me as I'm a Spectrum Internet customer, I have been for 8 years now. The only time we lose power is during hurricane season or thunderstorms, while watching our home TV, but we'll be using a tablet I've saved movies on using Spectrum internet before a storm. It's connected. I watch the news on this app because I can receive it 24/7.

I just tried to return a wrong address package to the Terre Haute location minutes ago. The two girls working were so disrespectful, and would not allow me to return one of their clients products because they sent it to the wrong address. Spectrum decided to roll this out during their hurricane outage probably because they suck at communicating. Hot garbage. Installed and uninstalled just so I can leave 1 star.
