Getting better. Wish we could at least see what people say when they rate us, you wouldn't have to show the names, at the end of each month just have a list of them with the star rating and what each person says, because how I see it if someone gives us a bad rating, and we feel we did everything right how can we correct what's wrong if we have no idea what people are saying. I went from 5.0 to 4.9 and have no idea why. I give it my best every time.

Special ONLY FOR YOU timed offers and the way the loads are distributed is not good. It would be much better if you simply display the loads on the load board as soon as they come in. First come first served. Let the drivers ALL DRIVERS see and get the loads as they come in.

Spark deactivated my account because of their glitchy I'd scan. They couldn't verify my identification. The appeal process is useless. My guess is they auto reject your appeal because they only hire so many drivers, so when your account is deactivated they already hire the next one who is on the wait list. This means they won't reactivate your account because that would mean too many drivers. Multi-billion dollar company with horrid ID verification process and no actual way to appeal your ban. 👎

Every update comes with a new set of bugs, this recent update crops the bottom of my screen off so I cant proceed with orders when I add perishable items or try to check out and today I have had issues confirming my arrival at the stores, when I try to it gives me the "please wait while we get everything set up" screen and then to an error message, it has given me a 505 error code, a 444 and a BL-179 error code, my app is up-to-date and the driver support seems to think that is how you solve all
