The game itself is fun, and I enjoy it greatly, but two things keep me from that 5th star; First, you have to play ranked in order to progress. Ranked should always be optional in my opinion, and while I don't mind playing ranked, there is a lack of other avenues of EXP outside of it. Second, the AI is stupid. Very. Very. Stupid. Built a ship with short range weapons? The AI says I'm going to kite outside my weapons range the entire round and let the laser build snipe me, and vice versa.

Amazing game in the early stages, extremely difficult to win once hitting 2000 rating. Ranked tends to match you with a counter-build. Missile build? Enemy ship is full of point defense. Lasers? Enemy is full armor+repairs. Not only that, but the upgrade system is too expensive for very little gain. 500k credits for +0.1% reflect? And you must win for credits, so the constant defeats keep you stuck. Overall, the paywall is a crushing weight. Played off and on for 3 years, would not recommend.

Battles make no sense I feel like you Is purposely put the Battle in the Opponents favor to try to make people use money on you're game I can't start the Battle winning then for no reason thay start winning making my jump drive charge slow and letting them use it more than my ship I remember why I quit playing this game its unfair and trys to make you spend money on it just to try to get a win I can do more damage have more armor and shields then my opponent and still lose

Sure the concept is cool, build your own ships - BUT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPS ACTIONS - SO... You will notice regularly your ships will do absolutely BAFFLINGLY STUPID maneuvers: -Like steer straight into mines despite not needing to whatsoever. -Teleporting INTO minefields. -Backup when OUTSIDE YOUR ships' weapon range, leaving your ship dealing no damage. -Approaching to close range when you have long range weapons. So on and so forth... Microtransactions are not micro at all!
