I just installed this app couple of days ago then tried to make a booking for the first time. I needed to go back home at night but no taxis were available or for me or at that time of night. Not sure why but weird. Not only I could not get a taxi from this company but on a top of that today I checked my banking and there is a pending payment of £1.01 for the service I have never received. I removed my bank details so they don't charge me again for nothing. Not cool :(

Had app already installed was then told to update it, but it didn't work, so I uninstalled it now can not re-install it.

Have to keep uninstalling and re downloading the app every time I want to book taxi, or it refuses to open.
