Trying to get the deposit feature to show up and work on this app is like pulling teeth. I walked into the branch and had them activate deposits for me only for it to go away less than 24 hours later. Any other financial institution would easily allow you to deposit into their institution using their app. This app has a 30-day probation period and even after that, it's mission impossible to get it to appear and work. App is useless without the deposit feature.

Finally the IT department earns their money the old app was one of the worst apps I've ever seen this is night and day I give it up to you guys but Maria and Maria Luisa in the phone customer sucks their attitudes are some of the worst I've had them raising their voice at my 13-year-old daughter when we were trying to set up her app for the first time when it wasn't working from the updated app for her 1st time, but it bought her to tears like she was really frustrated as much as my wife and I
