Either this or this app is a hoax, a fake app created to defraud people? Additionally, the website also seems down when the price of Gold goes down. What coincidence !!

Dear south India jewelers.! The app is extremely frustrating to use. Payments fail constantly, making it impossible to pay on time. The interface is poorly designed, confusing, and not user-friendly. There’s no proper support or troubleshooting guidance either. It’s disappointing for a reputed jeweler to have such an unreliable app. Please fix these issues urgently otherwise you will lose customers hugely. I didn't expect this from south india jewelers. Previous payment aggregator was better current one is very slow, and also amazon wallet was removed as payment option very bad. Try to add Amazon wallet as Option in Razor Pay
