Set up left ear, halfway through the right it said it had to reset the connection. Couldn't remember the left, so I had to go through a rather lengthy process (again) Has only one tone adjustment. A two or more band equalizer would be nice...

I have been very happy with the app and have been able to make on-the-fly adjustments as needed. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there is not an option for saving settings for different scenarios (work, home, TV, etc.) so you have to continually manually adjust the settings, whereas it would be much better to be able to save and name certain settings that are used frequently. Please add this functionality to the app to make it more user-friendly.

Just spent $1000.00, and now I can't go back to fine tune without going through the entire setup again. I am just going to return them. Obviously, Sony doesn't need the money.

Have to try multiple times to get the hearing test to with correctly. I can always get the left ear without issue, but then the right ear doesn't work at all. Have run the test at least 10 times, only once successfully.

It works but! It should have an option of saving different setting profiles on your phone. Sometimes, it crashed, and I lost the settings. The other most important thing why have profile saving is when ever you fine tunning the hearing aids it seem ok for that moment, but if the environment changes u can't really stop in the middle of the street and start fine tunning it. Or go in a café and can't have a conversation. But if you have saved profiles, you go and try another that works for that.
