When I brought the problem to their attention they fixed it

I am no longer able to remove episodes from the in tray in the mobile app. It gives a message of bad data returned from Sonic server. I have emailed the support and email was undeliverable.

This is a useless app if you are a junior doctor I work in a busy surgical ward and downloaded this thinking it would save me time having to find a ward computer to update S&N labs. Nope. Company policy is that only consultants have access outside of site computers. A policy which fails to take into account that the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of serology ordering is done by junior doctors. But I guess we're all somehow a security risk until consultancy. Genius move their guys. Funny how I seem to get QML labs on my phone...
