Allows you to easily analyze the sound recording of the whole night, which makes it much more useful to detect unhealthy sleeping patterns than other applications that only provide summary data of dubious validity.

This app is the best I have tried, and it's free to use; but I paid for it because it works so well. While it does not have 100% reliability detecting snoring, it is close. A quick review of the chart in the morning and you can see (and hear) the night's activity. Check out the credibility of the app Google "Validation of snoring detection using a smartphone app" on PubMed Central. Using this app in with an overnight O2 monitor ring allows correlation of snoring with O2 saturation.

Has a great visual user-interface. Allows me to easily see when I snore or sleep-talk using the volume graph. (Wish it showed decibels). I also like the summary showing the percentage of night spent snoring. I guess this could also help determine if someone has sleep apnea or difficulty breathing at night. Great app

Of course this is not free, 5.99 if you want to share or highlight areas of loud snoring. Waste of time as it doesn't really pick up the sound clearly. Even when next to pillow, with volume up. Why do these companies mislead us with' Free app' why can't they be honest? Oh well, another app I have to delete 🙄

Recorded first night since purchase, come to find out it's a 3gp file that needs a converter. Then using a converter, there is no audio file, plus after installing the app come to find out you can't share the data or hear it on the phone without upgrading to a paid subscription, complete waste of money

I know this is free, but Snore Lab is far superior. Nearly impossible to hear on playback or get to a specific time even though it looks like you can.

Paid £5.99 this week and some nights it records others it gives first 20 mins. Used this a few years ago when it worked really well. Why does it stop when phoned is plugged in charging etc.?
