★★★★★ Just perfect to see what trains are circling in paris and other towns in france.

★★★★★ It's surprisingly smooth to use. If only we are allowed to choose the language instead of having to change the system language of the phone.

★★★★★ It is sometimes not possible to find my ticket, using the APP. I had to seek help from an SNCF employee, who had to use a borne, so that I could have a ticket (which I had paid for one week earlier).

★★★★★ It's very useful to have tickets accessible on my phone. A couple of glitches creating an account were sorted with an update of something on my phone. Received a quick response from the SNCF Customer Support. Thanks.

★★☆☆☆ New problem discovered when I book a ticket. If I want to set the ticket in my calendar it shows an email associated to a calendar which is an incorrect email. I can't find out where to change the calendar linked to the app.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible service, the app never works you buy 10 tickets that you can only use for yourself despite being independent tickers a huge scam the transport system of Paris, all Rapt agents are rude, abusive and disrespectful!!! They are even abusive and sexist towards women

★★☆☆☆ The app is working, but I expected more from huge national rail operator. Below are few things I do not like: 1) A lot of advertisements 2) The ticket screenshot for some reason does not show date and time, so additional search is needed to find it 3) Purchased tickets are removed from the app. Why? I can add it back to the app, but why is this done to travelers? Adding tickets multiple times to the app is not what travelers like to do on the go...

★★☆☆☆ Got some answer about the language settings, which follow the settings of the phone. However, nothing about the annoying am/pm representation in English, even if the phone is set in the 24h system. Not very consistent, to say the least. Even the Brits get their train timetables in the 24h system. 😠
