Its basic functions are ok, but I have two issues: I can not search for the app as NMBS (have to use SNCF), this is because my phone it set to English (is ok for phones set to Dutch). Some actions in the app have haptic feedback (as there is no option to turn this off this is a bug, I could live with it if it would respect general haptic feedback settings, but they are off)

Want to buy a Flex ticket (and by the way, the app is the only means you have to buy this kind of ticket)? Well good luck. I've been trying for days and the app invariably freezes when processing payment, and this regardless of the payment method (I tried Visa and PayPal). Am I supposed to waste money on single tickets (these I have no trouble buying in the app, so go figure) because the app is acting up? SNCB have the responsibility to make sure customers are able to buy the tickets they need!

The only app on my phone that consistently but at random logs me out. Combine this with the terrible reception along the way, and you're in for an awkward confrontation with the conductor when you have to show your ticket. The incompetence of the app is only mirrored by the disregard the Nmbs has for people in a wheelchair that have no access to the platforms in many of the stations. And stop bothering me with popups every 3 seconds if I don't want to give you location permission
