★★☆☆☆ I have to use this for work maybe 5 minutes total a week. That's nowhere near enough to justify having an app. Why the hell do I need a separate app for this now? Why did you make it so difficult to open on mobile web? AND THEN I STILL NEED TO OPEN THE SHEETS VIA MOBILE WEB because the app doesn't even want to load it.

★★☆☆☆ They have a million plus downloads because everyone has to uninstall and reinstall the app because it constantly freezes. I'm forced to reinstall this app weekly because it freezes and won't load sheets. This is an ongoing issue with my coworkers across all platforms. I have written Smart sheets numerous times, but they still have not resolved there ongoing issues.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible App. I have to use this app for work, and I'm constantly had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't work....

★★☆☆☆ It used to work relatively well. A bit annoying when the sheet is long, and you have to scroll to the end with a round corners screen. The reason I downgraded to 2 stars is that several times now when I really need to access my sheets by phone, the app can't open any of my sheets with no reason. Even after a "force to stop" and relaunching, which renders the app useless.
